6) This intensive workshop on the Core life skills was conducted for the staff of Lok Biradari Prakalp, Hemalkasa. Trainers from NICHE Advocacy Foundation: Dr. Poornima Gauri, Mr. Vinay Marathe, Dr. Ashwini Gijare, Ms. Sayali Kulkarni Maste, Ms. Mugdha Patankar, Mr. Shantanu Tumbde. Half the staff was from Healthcare departments while the other half was from the education department. It was fun learning and the involvement of all the participants ripened as we proceeded with our workshop. Their interaction during the role plays and skits brought forth the problems they are facing in their work environment. They gave positive feedback especially about the session on REBT that we have customised for our varying participant demographics.
